SHIPPING POLICY
Orders placed on the website are sent using the Fácil shipping service, via CTT, to all regions of Portugal.
After confirmation of payment by the entity responsible for billing, the estimated time for preparing orders is 2 to 4 business days.
Estimated delivery time:
- Mainland Portugal, between 24h and 72h;
- Portugal islands, between 24h and 72h;
- Mainland Spain, between 24h and 96 hours;
- Spain islands, between 24h and 96h;
- Italy between 96h and 168h;
- Rest of Europe between 96h and 240h;To check the value and delivery time, select the desired items and click "Add to Cart". Then, enter your zip code. The cost and deadline will be calculated automatically.
Attention:
Preparation and delivery times are counted after payment approval. As soon as the payment is approved, you will be notified by email;
All orders are subject to data analysis and approval, which may result in delays in payment confirmation;
There may be delays in deliveries resulting from unforeseen situations on the part of the carriers.
There are items that are subject to production after placing the order. The respective production time is duly detailed in each of them.Situations in which the order is not delivered as expected:
Incorrectly or incompletely registered delivery address:
The delivery address is the one registered in the account and selected at the time of ordering. If it is incomplete or incorrect, the order may be returned to our headquarters and you will have to pay a new shipping fee for resending the products.
Change of address after order completion:
It is not possible to change the delivery address after the order has been completed. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 1 hour to request a correction. Otherwise, the order may be sent to an incorrect address and you will have to wait for the order to return to arrange re-delivery.
Order held at customs:
Customs may retain the merchandise. If this happens, the customer must pay outstanding debts and collect the merchandise. Otherwise, it will not be possible to refund the order value.
Late delivery:
E-commerce is subject to delivery delays due to several factors. If there is a delay, the customer can request the cancellation of the order and the refund of the amount paid at any time via email at info.pt@pgtiberica.com.
