EXCHANGE/RETURNS POLICY
Under applicable legal terms, PGT Ibérica Sociedade Unipessoal, Lda allows the exchange or return of items ordered and received within 15 days of receipt.
The customer must contact us by telephone or email before proceeding with the exchange/return.
Products for exchange must be in salable condition, that is, in the same condition in which they arrived in the user's hands, without any anomaly or damage, with original packaging (labels), completely intact and without any use.
The money will be returned via bank transfer within 30 days of receipt of the items. Shipping costs will not be refunded, except in cases of return of defective items. Otherwise, shipping costs to our facilities are borne by the customer.
All items will be checked upon arrival at our facilities and only those that comply with the exchange/return conditions mentioned above will be accepted for exchange.
We do not exchange personalized products unless they have manufacturing defects.
PGT Ibérica Sociedade Unipessoal, Lda reserves the right to refuse products that do not meet these conditions.
